Andrew is chief open source compliance officer for Intel Corporation. He has spoken about free/open source licensing and business strategy at numerous events, including OReilly OSCON, the FSF-Europe Legal Summit, China Open Source Summit, and the Linux Foundation MeeGo and Moblin developer conferences. He has been involved in free/open source SW since 1990 and was chair of the Carrier Grade Linux working group 2002-2005. Andrew was a contributor to GPL version 3.
